Priests and parishioners catch up after a Sunday service at Trinity Church.

Worship & Congregation

Worship opens us to the wondrous reality of our loving God, gathering and focusing us on what matters. It’s at the heart of everything we do at Trinity Church. Through church services, educational programs for all ages, and the shared life of our congregation, we are inspired to seek a life of deep meaning.

Vigil Psalms

At this candle-lit service, a series of readings and psalms are recited and chanted, followed by meditative musical responses led by The Choir of Trinity Wall Street and NOVUS NY with Julian Wachner, conductor. Psalms will include works by Caroline Shaw, David Hurd, Marjorie Merryman, Bobby McFerrin, Julian Wachner, and others. Following the service, a procession will walk to St. Paul’s Chapel, where a 48-hour vigil will begin.

Trinity Church is now open for in-person worship for special services and on Sundays at 11:15am. You may also tune in online at 9:15am and 11:15am on Sundays and at 12:05pm Monday-Friday. Read more about the return to in-person worship here. Masks and social distancing will be required and capacity limits observed.

This service will be streamed live and available for on-demand viewing. If you miss the live stream, check back later; the on-demand video will be posted shortly. You may also watch on Facebook Live.
