Trinity Church, an Episcopal parish in NYC, and Settlement Housing Fund, a leading nonprofit affordable housing developer, today announced plans to develop a new 120-unit affordable housing community at 50–58 Cliff Street in Lower Manhattan. The project will transform the site into a vibrant residential building that provides much-needed affordable homes for New Yorkers.
