Mental Health Resources
We believe God sees us as whole people. Caring for our hearts and souls is as important as caring for our bodies. At Trinity, we provide opportunities to connect with God, one another, and ourselves through meditation and mindfulness, Christian spiritual practice, and guided supportive conversations. These programs are facilitated by trained professionals.
Compassion Circles
Looking for ways to cope with stress and anxiety? Need a safe and compassionate space where you can talk things through with others? Make new connections, share your experiences, and get empowered to address life’s challenges with grace and resilience during a drop-in session for community support.
