Lower Manhattan Neighborhood Council
The Lower Manhattan Neighborhood Council is a network of nonprofit leaders, community organizers, and others invested in supporting the needs of people living below 14th Street in New York City. Neighborhood Council members work together to identify evolving needs in Lower Manhattan, share best practices, and find new ways to collaborate across issue areas.
