Families of all kinds are welcome and appreciated in our Trinity Church community. Children are encouraged to participate in all our church services and in special programs created just for them.
Celebrate Christmas at Trinity
Advent Fair
Sunday, November 30, 9:45am and 12:30pm
Trinity Commons
Looking for ways to make Advent both festive and meaningful for your kids? Join us in Parish Hall after the 9am and 11:15am services for a joyful start to the season. Make your own Advent wreath or ornament and pick up a devotional booklet filled with simple spiritual practices to help your family observe Advent at home.
Christmas Pageant
Wednesday, December 24, 3pm | Trinity Church
Calling all aspiring shepherds, angels, and barnyard animals — it’s time to get ready for Trinity’s Christmas Pageant! Children and youth ages 5 to 18 are invited to participate in our beloved annual nativity play during the Christmas Eve Family Eucharist. Costumes are provided. Register by December 7. Family Epiphany Retreat
January 2–4, 2026 | Trinity Retreat Center | West Cornwall, Connecticut
Join Trinity’s Children, Youth, and Family staff for a cozy winter weekend at the Trinity Retreat Center. Spend the last days of the holiday break enjoying games by the fireplace, snowy hikes, hot cocoa, and carols. Connect with other Trinity families and start the new year grounded in community. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up by December 7.

All children must be enrolled annually.
There are two steps to sign your child up for Trinity programs.
Complete the parent/guardian form on MyTrinity. If your child has additional parents, please click “Add Person” and add their information.
Complete the 2025–26 registration form. You’ll find the link on the confirmation page for the parent/guardian form. To register more than one child, click “Add Person.”

What You Can Do
9am Holy Eucharist
Children are welcome at all Trinity services, but our 9am Sunday service offers worship and music that may be particularly appealing to families. This service is a traditional celebration of the Holy Eucharist with a brief homily (a short talk about the Scripture readings), communion, and music by Trinity's organists, Trinity Choir, and the Trinity Youth Chorus.

Sunday School
Sundays, September–June, 10am | Trinity Commons
Two-year-olds through fifth graders are invited to learn and play together in peer-grouped classes that follow a Montessori-based approach.
Childcare
Sundays, September–June, 9am–1pm | Trinity Commons
Childcare for infants and toddlers is offered during the 9am and 11:15am services, as well as during 10am programming for adults, such as Discovery. Ask an usher to show you the way. We ask that parents not leave the premises while their child is in our care.

Second Sundays, 10am | Trinity Commons
Connect with fellow parents during a supportive conversation about raising children.
Trinity Youth Chorus
The Trinity Youth Chorus brings together talented youth ages 5 to 18 from the five boroughs of New York City. Choristers receive both group and individual training in vocal technique, music theory, sight-reading, and performance skills from a group of dedicated professional musicians.
