About the Event:

During this retreat, we will explore how God acts in every moment of our lives. Where do we see and experience the movements of our spirit in connection with our emotions and surroundings? How do we recall our bond with God in all that we do or experience? When we pay attention to our spiritual needs in the here and now, we will feel more connected to God daily.

Come pay attention to the movements of our spirit in connection with our emotions and surroundings. Let us remember our bond with God in all what we do or experience. Listen to the spirit and attend to its needs, here and now. Come join the Rev. Alejandra Trillos, Rector, St. Paul's/San Pablo Episcopal Church in Salinas, CA in the Diocese of El Camino Real.

This free retreat will take place over five half-hour sessions via the Trinity Retreat Center Facebook page throughout the weekend at these times; all times are Eastern. Registration is not required.
