This fall, improve your health and well-being and meet your neighbors! Join us September 21–December 10 for free community fitness classes or stop by for Sunday Open Gym. For barre, Pilates, and pickleball, registration is strongly recommended, as space is limited.

Family Open Gym

Community Pilates
Tuesdays, 8:15am–9:15am; 9:30am–10:30am, Trinity Commons
Improve your mobility and strengthen your core muscle groups with a low-impact, full-body workout. Beginners welcome!

Community Mat Yoga
Tuesdays, 1pm–2pm, Trinity Commons
Relieve stress, improve flexibility, and connect with your mind and body in this beginner-friendly class.

Community Barre
Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30am–10:30am, Trinity Commons
Strengthen your body in a class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates for a beginner-friendly workout.

Community Pickleball
Thursdays, 6:30pm–8:30pm, Trinity Commons
Learn the rules and techniques of pickleball from a certified instructor, practice on your own, or participate in a match.
