Throwback: Eyewitness to History

If you have seen the movie “Selma,” you probably remember the performance of Stephan James in the role of John Lewis, beaten by Alabama State Police in 1965 on the Edmund Pettus Bridge at the start of a march in support of voting rights.  Watch the “real-life” John Lewis, now a longtime congressman from Georgia, in this December 2000 interview from the television program The Real Bottom Line, produced by Trinity Wall Street and hosted by journalist Jim Hartz, formerly of the Today Show.
