Sunday Sermon, The Rev. Yein Kim: “Prayer Creates the Opportunity to Change”

Prayer is not a magic wand that fixes all our problems. Rather, through prayer, God gives us the opportunity to change from the inside out. “At its core, prayer is our ongoing conversation with God, by thought and by deed,” preaches the Rev. Yein Kim. If we ask for peace and justice, God gives us the chance to strive for those very things. “So let us pray for love and embrace this opportunity to love one another, as Jesus has loved us.”
