God’s redemption enters our lives through the intimacy of a real relationship. In the person of Jesus, God comes to us in vulnerability, not keeping our pain or need at arm’s length. “That’s what incarnation is about: proximity,” preaches Mother Kristin Miles on the Feast of the Epiphany, “God with us; us with one another.”
