Comfort at One: Molly Netter

Today’s Comfort at One takes us on a journey from old music to a world premiere, curated and performed by soprano Molly Netter from The Choir of Trinity Wall Street. Paired with her arrangement of Bach, Molly commissioned a work by Calvin Hitchcock which infuses early music vocal techniques so that older styles truly “pass through” and pervade the music of now. Netter performs self-accompanied at the clavicytherium, an instrument resembling an upright harpsichord. Join us this Friday for a new arrangement from Molly for our next “at home” performance.
