Building Community: “We have to keep real people, with real names, and real faces in mind.”

Trinity Church Wall Street, under the leadership of the Rev. Phil Jackson, has been convening respected thinkers in the fields of faith, spirituality, and church ministry for discussions about what it means to be in community during times of blessing and seasons of hardship. During the final months of 2021, Father Phil’s series of conversations included longtime author and activist Parker Palmer who joined a conversation about the challenging nature of community, keying off the writing of poet and essayist Wendell Berry.
