9am Sunday Sermon, the Rev. Matthew A. Welsch: "The Making of New Things"

"In order to create new things, sometimes we have to let go of the old things," said the Rev. Matthew Welsch at today's newly imagined 9am service at Trinity Church. "In order to make space for the world that God promises, a world full of love and justice and fairness for all people, we have to let go of the things that aren't like that." Drawing parallels from blocks to the temple of Jesus's time, from the world we live in today and the community we are building, building something new requires rethinking that of old, together.
