Sunday School Juneteenth Celebration

Children and their families are invited to join us for the final Sunday School gathering before summer break. We’ll celebrate Juneteenth — which commemorates the end of slavery in the United States — with a book swap and interactive read-aloud of They Built Me for Freedom: The Story of Juneteenth and Houston’s Emancipation Park, written by Tonya Duncan Ellis and illustrated by Jenin Mohammed. All families will take home a copy of the book. For more information, contact ChildrenandFamilies@TrinityChurchNYC.org.
