Children & Families Juneteenth Celebration
Children and their families are invited to celebrate Juneteenth with a picnic, book swap, and interactive read-aloud of A Flag for Juneteenth, a story about the history of the holiday written and illustrated by quilter Kim Taylor. All families will take home a copy of the book. A program of the Children and Families Subcommittee and the Trinity Cares Reflection & Action: Racial Justice & Education Group.
