Mental Health Resources
We believe God sees us as whole people. Caring for our hearts and souls is as important as caring for our bodies. At Trinity, we provide opportunities to connect with God, one another, and ourselves through meditation and mindfulness, Christian spiritual practice, and guided supportive conversations. These programs are facilitated by trained professionals.
Care for Caregivers
Caregivers need care, too. At this daylong retreat, come and be replenished by sharing a meal, spending time in prayer, and participating in artmaking, meditation, and more. Anyone who gives care to others is welcome for this time of rest and renewal. For questions, contact PastoralCare@TrinityChurchNYC.org.
Compassion Circles
Looking for ways to cope with stress and anxiety? Need a safe and compassionate space where you can talk things through with others? Make new connections, share your experiences, and get empowered to address life’s challenges with grace and resilience during a drop-in session for community support.

Having a loved one who struggles with mental and emotional health can be lonely and stressful. Caring for yourself is essential to support those you love. Come be in shared company for a six-week support group to help dispel the isolation, led by a facilitator from the Psychotherapy and Spirituality Institute.
