Today, Comfort at One continues our Wednesday series of Choral Meditations, newly recorded by The Choir of Trinity Wall Street. This performance features Obrecht’s Salve Regina, Regina Coeli by Gombert, and Bruckner’s Ave Maria.

For today’s Comfort at One, we bring you the “From Subway to Success” story of the mold-breaking composer Andy Akiho from our 2016 Subway Series at Concerts at One. Akiho is an eclectic composer and performer of contemporary classical music who spent time busking on the subways with his primary instrument—the steel drum.

Today for Comfort at One we present Bach's Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott, BWV 80, featuring soloists Molly Netter, Sarah Brailey, Clifton Massey, Stephen Sands, and Jonathan Woody from The Choir of Trinity Wall Street. This performance is from Bach at One on February 24, 2018, the week the St. Paul’s Chapel Noack three-manual pipe organ was inaugurated.

For today’s installment of Comfort at One, we present a St. Paul’s Chapel Choir at-home performance of the timely and beautiful composition God Be With You Till We Meet Again by Ralph Vaughan Williams, directed by Associate Organist Janet Yieh.
