In celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday in 2020, Downtown Voices performed his tranquil yet dramatic Mass in C, featuring soloists Sonya Headlam, Melissa Attebury, Brian Giebler, Paul An, and organist David Enlow. This year, our music education teaching artists successfully shifted to online teaching, providing lessons for more than 350 students enrolled in our outreach programs. Today's Comfort at One features a song from the end-of-year online concert by children from the Chrystie Street School-Age Center.

Comfort at One presents a special offering from the Trinity Youth Chorus. The Coriste ensemble of the New Jersey Youth Chorus joined the Trinity Youth Chorus in 2019 for this performance at St. Paul’s Chapel that featured Morten Laurdisen’s Sure on this Shining Night.

Today, Comfort at One presents a 2016 Bach at One concert featuring The Choir of Trinity Wall Street and Trinity Baroque Orchestra under the direction of Julian Wachner with soloists Brian Giebler, Edmund Milly, Molly Netter, and Luthien Brackett. Today’s Comfort at One presents the very first look at the world premiere of Sandbox Percussion’s video performance of Andy Akiho’s Seven Pillars, artistically directed by Michael McQuilken. Trinity Church Wall Street is a co-commissioner of these incredible Seven Pillars video performances.
