Today’s Comfort at One takes us on a journey from old music to a world premiere, curated and performed by soprano Molly Netter from The Choir of Trinity Wall Street.

We continue presenting our Lenten “Lamentatio” series from 2014 for Comfort at One. Guest conductor Michael Zaugg directs The Choir of Trinity Wall Street in this exploration of darkness and light through the music of Brahms, Lukaszewski, David Lang and others.

“With everlasting prosperity, Let us inhabit these lands in peace, which he oversees with justice and grace” (BWV 215). Today’s Comfort at One draws from our 2016 12th Night Festival.

Examine the infinite nature of love, fear, birth, and death as we move through life from chaos to centered balance.
