Trinity Institute 2013: Almeda Wright

She grew up in Big Island, Virginia, a mountain community with a population of  300 people.  From there, Almeda Wright studied electrical engineering at MIT, became ordained in the American Baptist Church, is now a professor at Yale Divinity School, and will be one of eight guest speakers at the National Theological Conference of Trinity Institute in November 2013.
