The essence of yoga is not just postures on the mat. These sessions will include simple 1-10 minute practices from waking to sleeping including sitting, standing, walking, eating, stretching, sensing, computer time, and yes simple breathing. Learn how to practice ways to care for yourself and your well-being throughout your day. Limited to 22 participants.
Bring to life the words and images that come from within and around you as you ride the ever-changing waves of living in our world. Journaling can help you to process your fears, celebrate your joys, and acknowledge your inner and collective strength. Together we will use various writing and creative arts experiences, that can help you document, express, find balance, and access resilience on your ride. No writing or art experience needed.
