Trinity Church Wall Street is thrilled to announce the inaugural cohort of the newly launched Trinity Leadership Fellows program. These 22 professional and faith leaders were selected from over 270 applicants, spanning various faith traditions and vocations.
The 2022 Trinity Leadership Fellows were the first to graduate from the two-year, non-residential, fully funded fellowship. From sheltering Afghan refugees to providing grief counseling to congregations in crisis, the fellows have already become catalysts for change.
Trinity Church Wall Street, in its latest set of grants, has awarded $23.4 million to organizations in New York City, the U.S., and internationally. Most of the grants, which average more than $200,000, are going to organizations in New York City that are focused on affordable housing, homelessness, racial justice, and criminal justice reform.

We lament hard when faced with adversity. We often look to blame at first, or worse, exact revenge. Relief more than gratitude often accompanies us when we arrive at the other shore. But our Psalms remind us that God’s gift of love and peace is always available — and it remains the way to freedom.
Some people try to hold on to power by force. This is the opposite of God’s heaven on earth. But Jesus paid attention to people who were pushed down or out and showed everyone that all people deserve healing, wholeness, and freedom.
