Sunday Sermon, The Rev. Michael A. Bird: "I Bet You Have Stories"

The disciples spent their Eastertide like many of us are today: disoriented, afraid, and struggling to find their way. And then Jesus did what Jesus does: he showed up. "Jesus showed them his wounds and reminded them that he understands their suffering and what it feels like to be broken down by this world.” Where has Jesus showed up for you during this pandemic-tide? And where have you showed up for others? “I can name names and tell you stories,” preaches the Rev. Michael Bird, “I bet you can tell some stories, too.” The readings are Acts 3: 12-19, Psalm 4, 1 John 3: 1-7, and Luke 24: 36b-48.
