“Gathering the Harvest”: Wellness-Stillness Retreat

Join the retreat center’s culinary staff during the harvest for three days of farm-to-table wellness and renewal. Spend time in silent, contemplative harvesting on the retreat center’s farm, taking mindful walks along the Housatonic River, and gathering for simple, healthy meals around a common table. This retreat will focus on the mind-body connection and how to improve our spiritual well-being through eating seasonal produce, outdoor activities, joy, and prayer. Led by Julia Phillips, head chef at Trinity Retreat Center.
