Celebrating Blackness

What do we need to release, redefine, reimagine and re-story in order to celebrate Blackness? Poet Lucille Clifton said: “Come celebrate with me that every day something has tried to kill me and has failed.” Led by healer, minister, and classically trained dancer Rev. Adriene Thorne, we will celebrate Black life and Black flourishing with poetry, dance, art, and sacred storying.
