Bach at One: Blessings
Trinity Choir and Trinity Baroque Orchestra; Avi Stein, organ

Event Series/Instance -- Event Description
Johann Sebastian Bach’s Laß, Fürstin, laß noch einen Strahl, BWV 198, and Nun danket alle Gott, BWV 192, are two cantatas that stand as an uplifting contrast to the composer’s usual themes of endurance amid tribulations and the hope of something better. These joyful compositions offer an appreciation for life’s treasures, with one giving thanks for the upstanding life of a queen and the other celebrating the divine gifts given to humanity. Performed by Trinity Choir and Trinity Baroque Orchestra, led by Avi Stein on organ.
Registration for this free event is highly recommended as seating is limited.
We suggest arriving 45 minutes before start time. Admission is first-come, first-served, with ticket holders receiving priority (although not guaranteed entrance if the venue reaches capacity).
